House Rules

Thank you for taking the time to read up the house rules for Myst.

As much as we would like to provide the best services to our guests with 'no strings attached', unfortunately, we also need to safeguard our operations against - well, opportunity takers who might just try to take advantage of our value added services. This page serves as a reference to any dispute over our house rules, terms and conditions with regards to our operations.

Common House Rules

We would like all our guests to respect the fact that they are present at a dignified environment patronized only by the distinguished society.

1. No improper language/behavior will be tolerated in our premises.
2. Please conduct your conversations in a discreet manner so as not to disrupt other guests.
3. Strictly no smoking inside the dining area.
4. No littering - Please keep your environment clean and tidy. Kindly request for the assistance of our servers on duty to clean up your table and remove any items you wish to dispose.
5. No alcohol within the premises
6. No gambling within the premises.
7. No pork within the premises - We wish to respect every guest who dines in with us. Please refrain from bringing in outside food that may contain pork or alcohol which may be disrespectful to other guests. Also, you may not consume non-halal food with our plates and cutlery.

Shall any guest be found to be violating any of our house rules by our management or supervisors on duty - we reserve the right to deny entry or service to such guests - We will not hesitate to reel in the authorities shall any guest decide to misbehave and damage our premises.

1. Complimentary Plain Water - We provide free flow complimentary plain filtered water (hot, warm and cold) to all our guests who are either dining in or playing games. To avoid abuse - we reserve the right to charge RM1 per glass under the sole condition that the guest (on a per head basis) did not order any item off our menu within the same visit and is not playing games either.


2. Rebate and Offer Coupons 
    - All coupons and passes do not apply to our Grill menu as they are not under our kitchen.
    - Limit of one coupon/pass per person per visit
    - Individual coupon/pass terms and conditions apply
    - Coupons/passes that grant a % discount will be rounded to the nearest ringgit with a minimum discount of RM1
